Pathways Manager - Pathways

The Pathways Manager for Free Spirit Media leads the organizations’ creative workforce developmentinitiatives—providing underrepresented emerging media-makers ages 18-25 with professional development, production and skills training, mentorship and work-placed opportunities. The Pathways Manager for Free Spirit Media plays a key role in driving program design and execution, partner engagement and strategic alliances, and participant engagement and advocacy. The ideal candidate should have a familiarity with the local film and media landscape; a robust knowledge of industry norms and best practices; a background in media education, particularly with young adults, and a strong interest in creative workforce development.

The Producer for Free Spirit PRO has an important role in the exciting world of Free Spirit Media (FSM). This dynamic individual must be part producer/shooter/editor, part visionary, part coach and mentor and part entrepreneur. To be successful, the Producer needs to be a team player, who can maintain focus, perspective, a positive attitude and attention to detail in a fast-paced, creative and youth/young adult-driven environment. This job posting is for the Free Spirit PRO team, which engages advanced FSM youth and young adults in the production of high-quality projects for paying client and strategic partners. Temporary Production Coordinator - HoopsHIGH

The HoopsHIGH Engineer for FSM summer programming has an important role in the exciting world of Free Spirit Media. This dynamic individual must be part teacher, part live production expert, and part editor. To be successful, the engineer needs to be a team player, able to maintain focus, perspective, attitude, and attention to detail in a fast-paced, creative, and youth-driven environment during our summer sports broadcasting program. Our current production coordinator will be on parental leave for July and August. We are looking for a candidate who can fill in on a temporary basis.
