FSM News participant, Desiree Williams, honored as a "Rising Star"

Desiree Williams was recently honored as a "Rising Star Honor Roll" recipient, a new recognition by the Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events highlighting outstanding Chicago youth who show creative leadership, passion and exceptional skill in the arts. She will be recognized again on Monday, August 28th at the Fifth Star Honors Celebration in Millennium Park.
